Orders take 2 business days to process, and we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once you successfully place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with the order details. You'll also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you don't receive these emails, check your spam filter or contact us for assistance.

However, please note that our shipping process is automated, and orders are put into shipping within 30 minutes of being placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has been made.
