At Azuvera Towel, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, or returned without the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, beach towels that show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at azuveratowel@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other support depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return conditions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
