Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

We currently mainly ship to the United States and Europe.

Orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Taxes & Duties

For most orders, no additional customs duties or import taxes are expected. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. If any such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

We will do our best to provide the necessary shipping information and assist with customs-related questions when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package updates.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may be possible after shipment, but additional fees may apply depending on the carrier and the delivery status of your package. Customers are responsible for any address change fees after the order has been shipped.

We cannot guarantee that an address change can be completed once the package is already in transit or delivered.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund for your order.

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can help you check with the carrier.

If your order is delayed, we will help you check the shipping status with the carrier and provide updates whenever possible.
